Times are changing

With the generation shift and the people that entertain us, from actors, musicians and other types of entertainers, you can start to see that there is more openess with the pressures we feel and mental health.

Even stars go through mental health issues, or they will know some that has or is going through something that they want to support and spread a message about.

Personally I love the music that comes out of the UK and one of my favourite rappers, Krept and Konan have released a new album where they have a song about their best friend who commited suicide.

The album is called 'Revenge is Sweet'.

Listen to the album, the last two tracks on the album is what I think is something really important to end an album with.

Repect to Krept and Konan for doing this and even ending the album with a touching and a heartfelt message.
